Scott Sorry (born Gerard Scott on October 30, 1978, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) is an American musician and singer. Prior to becoming an artist on his own, Scott performed with The Wildhearts, Sorry and the Sinatras, Amen and briefly Brides of Destruction.

The group was awarded the prize to honor Spirit of Independence at the 2009 Kerrang! Awards, in addition to performing at the Bohemia stage during the inaugural UK Sonisphere Festival. The 25th of November, 2009 The Wildhearts announced the release of ‘Chutzpah Jr.’, an album that consists of songs recorded at the Chutzpah sessions. The tracks are made available in free downloads on their site and bonus tracks from their Japanese physical release, or as unreleased songs from their sessions.

In February 2015, Scott announced plans to release his very first solo album “When We Were Kings” through a campaign on the Pledgemusic platform. Sorry first came across Roger “Rags” Segal and Lenny Thomas in North Carolina while Sorry was touring with the group Brides of Destruction from 2005. Roger as well as Lenny were also part of Brides supporting act Trashlight Vision. Sorry began working on new songs together with Blackbelt guitarist Danny Sinatra when Trashlight Vision broke up. Roger and Lenny later joined Sorry as well as Danny to create the group Sorry as well as the Sinatras. They announced at the end of June that they would be launching their initial shows to their home country of the UK in August. The shows will take places in The Asylum in Birmingham and at the Bar Academy in London. The band began recording in September Barnsley, UK with producer Jason Sanderson. The album was finished in just three weeks. Highball Roller was released May 11, 2009, and was generally well-received British music critics. The album had plans for a tour across the UK scheduled, but it was put off until October. the band playing on throughout the East Coast of the US in August.

Sorry never joined the Wildhearts for their 2012 reformation due to family commitments. He was replaced by Random Jon Poole, but re-joined the band early in 2014 for their UK tour.
