Scott Ian Glenn Endersby (born 20 February 1962) is an English former professional footballer who was goalkeeper. He was a player for the Football League for Tranmere Rovers, Swindon Town, Carlisle United, York City and Cardiff City.
After playing 52 times in the league with Carlisle, Endersby signed for York City in July 1987. The first time he played was during York’s 1-0 loss away to Brighton & Hove Albion on 15 August 1987. However, his chances of making it into the team were limited following Chris Marples established himself. Endersby was transferred in December 1987, citing reasons of discipline. He in the same month, he was signed by Cardiff City on loan, which he played in four games in the league. Endersby finished the 1987-88 campaign with 42 games for York.
Endersby was named captain of Endersby was a member of the England National Youth team back in 1980 when he was an Ipswich player at Ipswich.

The birthplace of Endersby was Lewisham, County of London, Endersby started his career in non-League football , playing in the leagues of Irthlingborough Diamonds and Kettering Town. Together with Kettering his age was 15 years old and 288 days old when he played during the FA Cup first round against Tilbury on the 26th of November, 1977. Records books acknowledged him as having been the youngest athlete to play at the FA Cup proper, although certain statisticians believed that this claim was not true, and an appeal to the Football Association declaring the result of the game invalid because of Kettering playing an unqualified player. But, Endersby did play in the replay a few days later.
He was awarded an Football League move after signing for Ipswich Town in March 1979 for a cost of around PS8,000. The player did not play in any league games for Ipswich prior to signing with Tranmere Rovers on July of 1981. After a total of 79 league games during his two seasons at Tranmere, Endersby signed for Swindon Town in August 1983. He was signed by Carlisle United in November 1985 initially on loan having played 85 games for Swindon.
After a spell on loan with Rochdale starting in December 1988, in which he made no league appearances, he went part-time with York in May 1989. He finished his second season at York with a single appearance, against Wrexham in a 1–0 home win on 14 March 1989. Endersby left the club in April 1990 to enter a pub management course before working as a chef.
