Samuel Kwame Owusu (born 28 March 1996) is a Ghanaian professional footballer who is a winger at Saudi club Al-Fayha as well as the Ghana nation’s team.
In May of 2019, Owusu was named in Ghana’s provisional team of 29 players of the coming Africa Cup of Nations. Owusu then made his debut with Ghana’s Black Stars in early June when he was brought on as substitute in the one-sided friendly defeat against Namibia. Despite losing, Owusu made a strong impression, and was selected the final squad of James KwesiAppiah’s AFCON selection.
Then, in August of 2017, Owusu went back in Serbia where he joined Cukaricki signing an agreement for three years and getting his number 19 jersey. Owusu scored four times in the 2017-18 Serbian SuperLiga. In the 2018-19 season, Owusu scored seven goals and helped the club secure the right to participate for UEFA matches after just three seasons.

Born in Accra Owusu was a player in the national teams of Red Bull Ghana and Vision in Ghana before moving into Serbia as a player at Radnik Surdulica in August 2014. He played 12 games during the 2014-15 Serbian First League, helping the club to win the title and then move up to the top division. For the season 2015-2016 of the Serbian SuperLiga, Owusu started playing more frequently scoring seven goals in the span of 30 games. Owusu signed a one- year contract at the end of May of 2016.
In June of 2016, Owusu was transferred to Turkish club Genclerbirligi under a two-year contract with the option to extend it for another year. The cost of the transfer was EUR200.000. He played three times during the 2017 Turkish Cup, scoring one goal in a 6-0 win at home against Amed However, he was unable to play in any league matches throughout the campaign.
On 18 August 2019, Al-Fayha has signed Owusu for one seasons from Čukarički.
