Sam Narron is one of the most popular and richest Baseball Player who was born on July 12, 1981 in Goldsboro, North Carolina, United States. Samuel Franklin Narron (born July 12th in 1981) was an American professional baseball player and currently Pitching coach for the Potomac Nationals. He was a pitcher only one game in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Texas Rangers in the 2004 season. The team selected him to the Texas Rangers in the 15th round of the 2002 MLB draft. On April 28th in the 28th of April, 2008 Narron struck a home hit with the Huntsville Stars, the first home run of the season by an MLB pitcher. Narron is the grandchild of former Major League player and manager Sam Narron and cousin of manager and catcher Jerry Narron.
On January 14 of 2010 Narron signed an agreement with minor leagues for the Detroit Tigers he received an invitation to the spring training. The team later let him go after signing a minor league agreement for the Brewers. He applied for free agency following the 2010 season however, he later signed a new Minor league agreement with Milwaukee for the 2011 season.
Narron was named as the Pitching coach for the Potomac Nationals for the 2018 season.
On the 24th of September in 2004 Narron was removed from waivers by Milwaukee Brewers. Then, he underwent Tommy John surgery and missed the entirety of the 2005 season. Narron was back in the field in 2006 with the Milwaukee’s Class A Advanced Brevard county Manatees. The following year, he was in the Double A Huntsville Stars. After a successful 2008 in Huntsville and then being promoted to Triple-A Nashville Sound on May 16, 2008. He played the rest of 2008 and the whole 2009 season in Nashville before becoming an minor league free-agent following the season.

Narron was chosen to the Texas Rangers in the 15th round of the 2002 amateur draft. He was a rookie with the team’s Rookie League affiliate, the Pulaski Rangers. In 2003 his promotion was to Class A Advanced Stockton Ports. The following year He was promoted into the Double-A Frisco RoughRiders, where he was selected as a member of the Texas League mid-season All-Star team and triple-A Oklahoma RedHawks. Narron was also summoned up by to the big league Rangers during one of their games.
Narron was a student at East Carolina University, where he played baseball in college for the Pirates. He was selected as a member of the All-Tournament Team in the 2002 Conference USA Tournament, which East Carolina won.
He retired from playing following the 2011 season and was a pitching coach for the Hagerstown Suns, a minor league baseball team.
