Saki Shimizu (Qing Shui Zuo Ji , Shimizu Saki, born November 22nd in 1991) is a singer from J-pop. Her professional career started in 2002, when she completed the auditions for Hello! Project Kids, an all-female teenage pop group that was part of the Hello! Project. She sang in the group and was member of two other groups made up of Hello! Project Kids members, Berryz Kobo and ZYX. She is the leader of J-pop group Berryz Kobo.
on December 31st, 2006 Shimizu performed on stage during the 57th anniversary of Kohaku Uta Gassen in the role of an extra dancer in Morning Musume’s performance Aruiteru together with the other performers from Berryz Kobo, Country Musume and Cute.
In 2004, Hello! Project took part in a huge group shuffle that released the hit single “All For One & One For All!” The song is thought to be one of the main themes of the Hello! Project.
