Sajana Rana (born 13 June 1987) is an Nepalese female footballer who participates in the Nepal women’s national team. She is a futsal midfielder in New Radiant’s women’s squad having played previously for APF Club. APF Club.

In 2015 , it was revealed that Rana was relocated into the Maldives to play futsal with New Radiant from March to April. As a result, Rana is the first Nepali female football player to play overseas. In the second match for her new club, Rana scored two goals to secure her team’s spot in the regional tournament’s quarterfinal. “I am enjoying it her in Male. I scored two goals in our second match and I am determined to score goals un our very important match lining up” Rana spoke to the media following the match.

In the 2013 SAFF Women’s Championship Nepal were lacking Jamuna Gurung and Rana was expected to play in support of the star forward Anu Lama. Rana was the only player to score two goals during an 8-0 win over Bhutan and also scored the third goal which came that came in the form of an penalty kick during a 2-0 win against Pakistan but during the same game, she was not able to score a penalty later in the match. In the semi-final against Bangladesh Rana scored another penalty kick to score the only goal in a tense 1-0 win. The tournament was bitterly disappointing for Nepal when they were defeated by India at the end of their match, this time by the score of 6-0.
