Sadie Anna Morgan OBE, born 28 February 1969, is an English designer. She co-founded dRMM in 1995 with Alex de Rijke, Philip Marsh, and was awarded the RIBA Stirling Prize for Architecture.

She was the only woman on the winning GB sailing team at the Commodores Cup

2012. She had won the Fastnet class the previous year. She joined the board in 2015 of PedELLE, a cycling club for women that was specifically created. She is a Fellow of the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce. In 2016 she was appointed Visiting Professor of Interior Architecture at the University of Westminster.

Morgan was raised in Kent, England in a cooperative community that her grandfather, a progressive socialist psychiatrist, established. Morgan’s father is an architect, and her mother is a designer/design lecturer. Between 1989 and 1991 she studied at Kingston Polytechnic. In 1993, she completed an MA at London’s Royal College of Art. She was awarded an honorary doctorate by London South Bank University in 2016.

Morgan met Alex de Rijke, and Philip Marsh while she was studying at Kingston Polytechnic. The three architects founded dRMM Architects, in 1995, after winning a competition to design a building for public education for the London Docklands Development Corporation. After a series small-scale projects, they won the competition. One Centaur Street was completed in 2003.

Morgan is a regular columnist for the Estates Gazette and Building magazine, she has written feature articles for the Financial Times, London Evening Standard, The Observer, New London Quarterly, and the Architects’ Journal, and has appeared numerous times on BBC Radio 4. She has lectured at institutions including the Royal College of Art, Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), London Metropolitan University, Glasgow School of Art, the World Architecture Festival and Inside Festival. She was a member of the RIBA National Awards Advisory Panel from 2013 to 2016, and was an expert interviewee for the RIBA feature production entitled, The Role of the Architect. Morgan is an external examiner at the University of Westminster, London and the University of Kent.
