Roy Finch, born October 1, 1991, is an ex-professional American and Canadian football running back. He is also a return specialist. In 2014, he was undrafted free and signed by the New England Patriots (National Football League). He played college football with the Oklahoma Sooners. He was also a member of both the Ottawa Redblacks (CFL) and Calgary Stampeders (CFL).

Finch was a great kick returner in his first season at Calgary. He returned 43 kickoffs for 1,060 yard and recorded 71 punt returns of 993 yards. Finch was suspended for two games in June 2017 after violating the CFL drug policy. Finch set a Calgary franchise record by returning three touchdown kicks during the 2017 season. Finch was the CFL’s best special teams player of the season. Finch made public in May 2018 that he had been arrested in Edmond, Oklahoma and would suspend his football career. He also announced that he would not report to the Stampeders 2018 training camp.
