Rowena married businessman, Clyde Buntrock on 12 May 2018 and changed her name to Rowena Buntrock.
Rowena is the founder and head coach of Gymnastics club ‘Gympickles’ based in SW London. Gympickles is a recreational club with an ethos focused on fun for children of all abilities.

Rowena was 12 years old when she made her international debut. She traveled to the 1990 European Women’s Artistic Gymnastics Championships in Europe as a reserve team member after finishing second in the Junior British Championships all round and winning the Junior British Beam title for the individual apparatus.
