She is a Mexican actress, singer, dancer, and vedette. She was a top-grossing artist in Mexico’s sex comedy film genre from the 1970s to the 1980s.
Mrs. Lonka Better represented her as her artistic agent. She made her film debut with Gaspar Henaine, “Capulina”, in 1970 in the film Capulina contre los vampiros. She was also part of the 1971 film El siverguenza with Mauricio Garciaces. She has participated in 52 films during her cinematographic career, including those with Vicente Fernandez and Andres Garcia, Jorge Rivero and Julio Aleman.
In the television, she incursed in the telenovelas in 1979, in Yara, with Angélica María. She also participated in the celebrated TV show Variedades de medianoche, with Manuel Valdés.
In the decade of the 1990s, her appearances are sporadic. In 1993 she returns to the Blanquita Theater, to alternate with the Sonora Matancera. At the end of the decade she was diagnosed with cancer. 1968 saw her join the El Capri cast, where she performed alongside Yolanda “Tongolele”) Montes and Zulma Faiad, an Argentine vedette. She was called by television and she participated in many programs, including Sabadito Alegre with Paco Malgesto. This program lasted her for several months. She worked in 1970 with Adalberto Martinez “Resortes”, the Tenorio Comico at the Blanquita Theater. Rossy Mendoza was a Mexican citizen who was born in Vicam (one of eight Yaqui villages) in southern Sonora. In the middle of the 1960s, she began her professional career.
