Rosmini Kahar is one of the most popular and richest Association Football Player who was born on September 1, 1979 in Brunei. Corporal Rosmini bin Haj Abdul Kahar, a Bruneian soccer player who plays as a middlefielder for Kasuka FC (born on September 1, 1979). He was also a member of the Brunei M-League representative and then Brunei DPMM FC.
Rosmini was a career policeman who played left-sided midfielder in the football team of Royal Brunei Police Force. Mick Jones noticed his performances on the international scene and drafted him into Brunei M-League’s 2001 squad. Due to his work commitments, he did not play for the Wasps. He preferred to play at the domestic club level for Brunei DPMM FC in 2003. In 2004, he won the Brunei Premier League. Brunei’s lone goal came against Kedah, a 1-1 draw on March 20, 2005.
After sitting out the first round of the 2018-19 Brunei Super League, Rosmini joined Kasuka FC in January 2019.
Rosmini’s club was promoted to the Malaysia Premier League one year later to replace Brunei. DPMM was promoted immediately and finished third in Malaysia’s top tier the next season. He was unfortunately axed together with Zulkefly Duraman and Affendy Akup to make room for four Malaysian players at the 2007-08 Malaysia Super League.

Rosmini made his international debut as Brunei’s policeman on the 7 April 2001, when he lost against Yemen 0-5. As Brunei had completed six qualifying matches, Rosmini was the first to start the remaining games. Brunei refused to participate in World Cup qualifying matches until 2018.
Rosmini joined newly formed AM Gunners in the 2008 Brunei Premier Two and became league champions, gaining promotion to the top flight. AM Gunners left the Bruneian football league system in 2011 after two seasons. Rosmini next moved to and captained a reformed MS PDB, returning to his first club in some ways. After a two-season hiatus, he re-appeared for the Policemen in the 2017 season.
