Huth was part of Paraguay’s U-20 national team in 2009 South American Youth Championship, where he played in 8 of the 9 matches. He was a starter for the Runner up side in all matches. He also participated in the 2009 FIFA U-20 World Cup, where he played three of four scheduled matches for Paraguay. After being sent off against Egypt U20, he was suspended for the third (and final) match of his group.

His shot finally went right at the goalkeeper. With 22 points, Liverpool finished the 2008-09 Premier Reserve League season seventh in the Premier Reserve League North. With a total attendance of 3,955 people at a fixture against Manchester United on March 12, 2009, the reserve-team was again the most popular team in the Premier Reserve League season. Huth played 90 minutes in a Premier Reserve League win against Newcastle United on 25 October 2007. Harry Kewell was also a part of the Liverpool team. Huth was part Liverpool’s reserve team that won the Premier Reserve League North title with 43 points. They were 13 points ahead of Manchester City, their closest rivals. Liverpool held the longest winning streak, with seven matches played between 26 February and 7 May. They also had the longest unbeaten run of 16 matches played between 11 October and 7 May. Huth stated that the moment he signed for Liverpool FC was his career highlight. He was soon placed with a local family, which helped him learn English quicker. Astrit Ajdarevic was part of the Liverpool U18 reserve team. He played alongside players like Zsolt Poloskei (Zsolt Poloskei), Adam Hammill, Andras Sim, Zsolt Poliskei, Peter Gulacsi, and Zsolt Poloskei. South Americans Sebastian Leto and Emiliano Insua were also among his teammates. Huth was part of a 4-1 win against Blackburn Rovers, 22 March 2007. Fabio Aurelio substituted Huth onto the field at the 60 minute mark. Huth was loaned to Italian Serie B side Vicenza in July 2009, from Tacuary, along with Cirilo Mora. He played for Vicenza’s Primavera Team as overage player and occasionally as unused bench at first team. On 20 February 2010, he played his first team debut against Gallipoli, substituted Antonio Giosa after Vicenza scored 5th goal of the match. The match Vicenza defeated Gallipoli in 5–0.
