Ron Boucher, born 24 January 1953, is an Australian rules footballer. He played for the Swan Districts Football Club in the West Australian Football League. He was well-known for being a strong ruckman, and his physical clashes against other players, particularly Graham Moss.
The Swan Districts team was transformed by this time and played in the 1980 Grand Final, losing to South Fremantle. Boucher played an excellent game. In 1982 and 1983, the team won the WAFL Grand Final. Boucher was awarded the Swan Districts Football Club’s fairest and most prestigious award in 1982. He was also selected as the Swan Districts Team of the Century in 1992.
John Todd was named the senior coach of Swan Districts in 1977. He enticed Boucher to return to the club in 1978 as a ruckman. Boucher was able to dominate the field as both a knock-ruckman or as a forward marking forward during this period.

Boucher was originally from North Albany Football Club. He moved to Perth in 1971 to start his playing career. Boucher was considered a gentle giant during his five years at Bassendean. He rarely used his strength to advantage, and he quit the club after an 8-game season. In 1976, he moved to the Swan Valley to play football.
Boucher was affectionately called “Roo” by his teammates and wore the number five guernsey throughout his career at Swan Districts. He made his debut for Swan Districts in 1971, and he retired in 1984.
