She was a part of the writing, acting, and direction of “Hatismoret”, a comedy television series that ran from 1983 to 1987. It won a Golden Rose Award (Rose d’Or) and received a Golden Rose Award.
At 1992 she joined the Cameri Theater in Tel-Aviv and was cast in the plays “Rosh Meshuga” (“Crazy Head”), “Mehager over vashav” (“Emmigrant over Immigrant”, one of several possible translations of this pun in Hebrew), “Mevaker Hamedina” (“The State Comptroller”), “Shivrei Zchuchit” (“Glass Fragments”) and “Striptease Acharon” (“The Last Striptease”).
Between 2001 and 2006 she performed her solo-act “Rolanda Ad Hasof” (“Rolanda ‘Till The End”), and, beginning in 2007, she performed another solo-act – “Rak Al Aztmi Litzhok Yadati…!” (“I Could Laugh Only About My Self …!”)
She completed her studies and was accepted as an actress at Tel-Aviv’s Neve Tzedek Theater. There she starred in “Nashim Mukot” directed by Nola Chulton. She met Julian Chagrin, her future husband, at the Pantomime Festival, Kiryat Shmona, that same year. They later toured the globe together as a comedy duo, appearing in Australia, Australia, and the United Kingdom.
