Robyn Lambley is one of the most popular and richest Politician who was born on January 26, 1965 in Grafton, New South Wales, Australia. Robyn Jane Lambley, born 26 January 1965, is a former Chief Minister of Northern Territory. In a 2010 by-election, she was elected to the Northern Territory Legislative Assembly as the representative of Araluen in the Country Liberal Party. After resigning from the CLP, she ran for Araluen in 2016 as an independent candidate. She then joined Territory Alliance in March 2020.

Lambley was fired from the cabinet in February 2015 after she helped John Elferink and Willem Westra van Holthe to get support for their party-room coup against Giles. After the publication of a redistribution proposal of electoral boundaries, which would have seen her seat of Araluen demolished, she resigned as a member of the CLP on 17th June 2015. Araluen was retained on a revised map.

On 18 March 2020, Lambley joined the Territory Alliance party founded by former chief minister Terry Mills.

Lambley was resigned from her post as Deputy Chief Minister on March 5, 2013, but she remained Treasurer. Lambley was appointed Minister for Health in a March cabinet reshuffle. This post she kept after Mills was defeated by Adam Giles.

Lambley was born in Grafton in New South Wales. She moved to Alice Springs in 1993, where she was responsible for the hospital’s Social Work Department and Aboriginal Liaison and Interpreting Service. She and her husband opened Mad Harry’s store in 2000. Lambley was also a councillor for Alice Springs Town Council and deputy mayor of Alice Springs between 2006 and 2007.

The Country Liberal Party won the 2012 territory election. Following this victory, Lambley was elected deputy leader of the party and Deputy Chief Minister for Terry Mills. Kezia Purick had been deputy leader before the election. In the interim, Mills and she were sworn into office as a two-person government until the full ministry was sworn-in on September 3. Lambley was elected Treasurer at that point.

Lambley contested Araluen as an independent in the 2016 Territory election. On the primary vote, she finished just a few hundred votes ahead of her replacement as CLP candidate, Stephen Brown. However, she easily defeated Brown on Labor preferences, taking 58 percent of the two-party vote.
