Robyn Mokihana Ah Mow–Santos, a former American indoor volleyball player, is the Hawaii Rainbow Wahine’s head coach. She was a setter for the USA national team, played at the 2000 Sydney Olympics and the 2004 Athens Olympics. She also participated in the 2008 Beijing Olympics, where she helped Team USA win a silver medal. From 2015 to 2016, she was an assistant coach for the University of Hawaii Rainbow Wahine Volleyball team. She is also the head coach of a Na Keiki Mau Loa Volleyball Club 15-year-old team.

Ah Mow was the daughter of Talmage Ah Mow and Lovina Ah Mow. She was born in Honolulu to Talmage Ah Mow and Arlene Ah Mow. Niobel Rafael Santos is her husband. She was an amateur athlete and served three tours in Iraq. Their children are Jordan Nohili (born February 2, 2003) and Jream Puanani Maria (born August 1, 2010).

Robyn made her third Olympic appearance at the 2008 Summer Olympics, helping Team USA to a silver medal.

In her career, she has set for team USA at the World Grand Prix, the Pan American Cup, NORCECA, the Olympics, the FIVB world cup as well as numerous exhibition tours. More recently, she has set some matches for team USA in their 2008 exhibition pre-Olympic game matches.
