Sophaur One, born Reeves Bruce Nelson on September 18, 1991, is an American former professional basketball athlete. From 2009 to 2011, he played college basketball at UCLA Bruins. He was then dismissed from the team. He has also been to Belgium and Mexico.

Nelson signed with the Los Angeles Lakers to play in the 2012 NBA Summer League. He was not drafted in the 2012 NBA Draft. He signed with the Lakers on September 5, 2012. The Lakers later released him on October 20, 2012.

Nelson played professionally for Žalgiris Kaunas in the Lithuanian Basketball League for five weeks before being released. He then declared for the 2012 NBA draft, but was not selected. Nelson then spent a pre-season with the Los Angeles Lakers before playing with the Los Angeles D-Fenders and Delaware 87ers in the NBA Development League (D-League).

On August 29, 2013, Nelson’s rights were acquired by the Delaware 87ers in the 2013 NBA Development League Expansion Draft. On December 1, 2013, he officially joined the 87ers. On January 10, 2014, he was waived by the 87ers.

In 2010-11, Nelson was the Bruins’ top rebounder (9.1) and scorer (13.9), and he was also named to the first team All-Pac-10. He played six games in the 2011-12 season, his junior year. In that time, he was suspended for lateness to a team meeting and being considered subordinate. He was reinstated by Howland two days later. However, Nelson missed a flight with the team on November 19, 2011. He was again suspended on December 6 and then finally fired three days later.

After graduating from Modesto Christian High School, Nelson signed for the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). ESPN.com called him “the prototypical [UCLA Coach] Ben Howland player”. In 2009, he joined the Bruins as part of a five player freshmen class with Tyler Honeycutt.

The judge ruled that the suit interfered with freedom of speech rights of the magazine and writer, and the writer had a number of sources to corroborate the article.
