He then moved to the United Kingdom in order to study law at The University of Aberdeen. He was only in Scotland for a short time, so he stopped his studies and returned to Sweden to pursue music careers.

Rebstar’s debut single, “Without You”, was released by Canadian T-Minus in late 2008. It featured Trey Songz. “Without You”, quickly became a huge hit and was the third most requested song on Swedish radio. Trey Songz, who was a big success with the single, came to Sweden in December 2008 for a promotional tour.
