Rebecca Marie Rippon, born 26 December 1978, is an Australian water-polo player. She represented Australia at the 2004 Summer Olympics as part of the Australia women’s national water polo team, where she was awarded a bronze medal.

She played water polo in Greece in 2007 for Vouliagmeni Nautical Club, and in the National Water Polo League for the Balmain Tigers.

Rippon has been a member of the Australian national team for 265 times. As a member the Australian national team, she won two gold medals in 2006 World Cup and 2012. At the 2007 World Championships, she won a silver medal. She was selected to the 2008 FINA world league preliminary round team in Tianjin (China). She played in an Asia-Oceania qualifier against China 2008 World League Super Finals. The match ended in a penalty shootout. She scored an assist for Australia in the match. She was part of the 2009 FINA World Championships team. Australia beat New Zealand 14-4 in semi-finals. She scored three goals in the match. She announced her retirement from the sport after being removed from the national team that competed at the 2012 Summer Olympics. She attended an April 2011 training camp at Australia Institute of Sport, where she was helping to select a team for major winter championships.
