She also developed Mac OS ports for Aliens vs. predator II, Baldur’s gate II, and Heroes of Might and Magic IV. She also did consulting work for other companies during this period. She was the “Senior Engineer III”, an upgrade of the engine code for Barking Lizards Technologies, Ubisoft, and optimized code for Sensory Sweep Studios. She also served as the senior software architect for Bloomberg L.P., Amazon, and provided training in Xbox 360 development for Microsoft’s studios. Heineman, in addition to her technical role at Amazon, was also the “Transgender chair” for Amazon’s LGBTQ+ group Glamazon.
