Ajibade, who wore jersey number 10, was included in the Coach Bala Nikyu 21-man squad to represent Nigeria at 2016 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup. Ajibade, the captain of Nigeria at the competition, spoke to FIFA.com about the team’s determination to improve on their quarter-final performance in 2014. Ajibade was also part Nigeria’s players in 2016 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup.
