He started a non-profit company named ChildObesity 180, which has collected more than $10 million in funds. He sits on the board of the Partnership for a Healthier America an organization that is non-profit and committed to working with the private industry to address childhood obesity. It was created in collaboration with Michelle Obama’s”Let’s Get Moving!” program. He is still active with his former alma maters. He is trustee for Tufts University and is now the chairman of the board, and is also a member of various committees. Additionally, he is a part of the oversight board of Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. In 2013 the year he was elected Tufts University chairman of the board. The investigation focused on statements made from the doctor. Andrew Bodnar, who was a consultant to Dolan responsible for settling the issue with Apotex. An New York Times article from 2006 revealed that Lacey critiqued Dolan for not communicating with Bristol’s board of directors. Bristol board on the matter. Bristol expressed its appreciation for his services, while also saying that it would hold Dolan “accountable” as chief executive officer in connection with this Plavix incident. In 2007 Dolan did not have any official statement regarding the Plavix incident and he was not accused in connection to the inquiry.

Peter R. Dolan (born 6 January 1956) is an American business executive. As of 2009, Dolan was appointed the chairman and CEO of Gemin X Pharmaceuticals after joining the board in July He was also director of executive management at Bristol-Myers Squibb before being discharged from the company in September of the year 2006 due to an investigation conducted by the Federal government regarding the patent for drug Plavix.
The year 1983 was when Dolan started working for General Foods, rising to general product manager in 1986. He left General Foods in the year 1988 and was offered an offer at Bristol-Myers Squibb. While working at Bristol, Dolan was involved in the development of the cancer-fighting medication Erbitux as well as being appointed the chief executive officer, he made the medical and consumer equipment divisions within Bristol to be successful. Dolan became the CEO in May 2001, succeeding Charles Heimbold. In the following months, Bristol was involved in an important financial scandal when it was revealed that, according to an Reuters report that it “was accused of exaggerating revenue by $2 billion from 2000 to 2001 by coaxing wholesalers to buy far more of its drugs than they could hope to sell”. Bristol was able to escape prosecution by settling for probation in June 2005 and Dolan introduced the former United States federal judge Frederick B. Lacey to serve as an advisor to Bristol.
