Peter Nicholas Boulware (born December 18th 1974) is a American professional footballer who played linebacker in the National Football League (NFL) for nine seasons. He played in the NCAA football tournament for Florida State University, and was named an All-American. First- round selection by the Baltimore Ravens in the 1997 NFL Draft, he played all of his professional career with the Ravens.

In his sophomore year, Boulware totaled 46 tackles and an ACC-leading 10 bags, and 18 tackles for losses. This ranked 2nd in ACC and earned him the title of Honorable Mention All-ACC. In his junior year, Boulware totaled 68 tackles and a school record 19 sacks 20 tackles for loss seven forced fumbles and three recoveries of fumbles. Boulware was a first-team consensus All-American and All-ACC ACC Defensive Player of Year and was named National Defensive Player of the Year by Football News. The 19 sacks he recorded were the highest in the country. Boulware chose to participate in into the 1997 NFL Draft. Boulware graduated on the 26th of April 1997, with an MBA degree of management systems.

On September 10, 2007, Peter Boulware announced his candidacy for the Florida state house as a member of the Republican Party. On August 26, 2008, Boulware won the Republican primary with 84.1 percent of the vote. The Baltimore Ravens selected Boulware in the first round, and he was the fourth overall selection in the 1997 NFL Draft. In 1997, Boulware scored an impressive 66 tackles total, 11.5 sacksas well as one forced fumble.
