Zlatinov was awarded the first Azerbaijan Premier League title winner’s medal at the close in the season 2007/08. The first day of April, 2003 Zlatinov was loaned out by Belarusian Premier League side Dinamo Minsk for three months. On the 23rd of April Zlatinov scored the sole goal in the game in which he played BATE Borisov in the Belarusian Cup to ensure that Dinamo advanced into the semi-finals. Then, he played the full 90 minutes of Dinamo’s 2-0 loss against Lokomotiv Minsk in the final on May 24, and took home the first Belarusian Cup winners medal. Then, in July of 2003 Zlatinov was permanently transferred to Dinamo and won his first Belarusian Premier League title.
On 5 July 2017, Zlatinov was appointed as player-manager of Vihren Sandanski.
