The 3rd of December, 2013 Dmitrichenko received six years in prison for his involvement during the incident. In March 2014, the conviction in December 2013 was cancelled. The case was then re-examined. In the retrial, the court denied Dmitrichenko’s request to present witnesses in his defense. The court then handed down an immediate verdict in favor of the prosecution, which resulted in the sentence of 51/2 years, which is six months less than the initial sentence of 2013.
