Felix Belano (born December 24 1976, in Tagum City, Davao del Norte) is Filipino former professional player from the Philippine Basketball Association and the former head coach of the UV Green Lancers.

Belano was head coach at his former school that is his alma mater, the University of the Visayas Green Lancers in the CESAFI. He was instrumental in helping his Green Lancers win the title against the SWU Cobras in 2013, after losing 0-2 in the best of five series. Following a loss to USC Warriors during the final four games, he got fired at the conclusion of 2014.
