Loscocco (born 7 March 1962 at Framingham, Massachusetts) is an ex- Massachusetts Republican State Representative as well as a contender for the position of lieutenant governor for the Massachusetts Gubernatorial Election in 2010.

Loscocco who was an former Republican State Representative, ran for lieutenant governor in the state as an independent alongside the State Treasurer Tim Cahill, a former Democrat. On the 1st of October, 2010, Loscocco left the Cahill campaign and joined Republican Charles Baker, citing the declining polls of Cahill.

Loscocco has been practicing law as an attorney with the law firm based in Boston, Riemer & Braunstein since graduating. The year 2000 was the time Loscocco became a member of be a member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives as an official of the Republican Party representing the 8th Middlesex district. He was a member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives until the end of 2009 when he resigned.

In January 2010, Loscocco announced his intention to unenroll from the Republican Party in order to run for lieutenant governor as an independent in the 2010 Massachusetts gubernatorial election. State Treasurer and former Democrat Tim Cahill had selected Loscocco to be his running mate. After months of campaigning, on October 1, 2010, Loscocco withdrew from the race and endorsed Republican candidate Charlie Baker.
