Paul Donald Justin (born May 19th 1968) is a former player of the National Football League for the Indianapolis Colts, Cincinnati Bengals and the St. Louis Rams. Prior to joining the NFL Justin was the starter quarterback of the Arizona Rattlers of the Arena Football League as well as the Frankfurt Galaxy of the World League of American Football. He played in the NCAA football tournament with the Arizona State University.

Justin was a flag football player before joining his team the Arizona Rattlers of the Arena Football League in 1993. The team completed 226 of the 404 of his passes for more than 2,846 yards with 45 touchdowns, as well as 15 interceptions.

In 1995, he started one game and also shared playing time with Jim Harbaugh against the New Orleans Saints. The next year, he started 2 games, winning both of them.

Justin was chosen to the Chicago Bears in the seventh round (190th overall) of the 1991 NFL Draft. He was released on the 26 and was later added to the practice team. He was released on August 31, 1992.
