Pat Fidelia (born April 16 1959, in Port-au-Prince) was a former Haitian-American soccer player who played for 4 seasons playing within the North American Soccer League, two in the American Soccer League and one in the United Soccer League. He also won one cap in the Haitian national team.

Fidelia was a regular player for the amateur team within the Charlotte Amateur Soccer League. In the latter part of the 1980s, the player was with Fish Fare and also with Pepsi in the year 1990.

Fidelia was awarded his only cap for the national team during the 3-1 victory over Bermuda on the 7th of October 1979, when he substituted in place of Greg Villa.

Fidelia was born in Haiti and then moved from Haiti to United States as a child before settling at Mount Holly, New Jersey and graduated in 1976 from Rancocas Valley Regional High School. Then, he attended Mercer County Community College.

The Houston Hurricane of the North American Soccer League (NASL) was drafted by the NASL Fidelia at the end of the selection (96th overall) from the Draft of 1978. The team then sold Fidelia for the Philadelphia Fury. As an alternate for the majority of the 1978 season for the Fury, Fidelia led the team with scoring eight goals. The Fury ended up folding at the conclusion of the season in 1980 and Fidelia was transferred into the Montreal Manic for the 1981 season. He joined the team in 1979. joined the Cleveland Force of the Major Indoor Soccer League and played 29 games with the team throughout the 1979-1980 season. The following year, Fidelia left the NASL to join to join the Carolina Lightnin’ of the American Soccer League. Fidelia scored 8 goals in that season. The ASL ended up closing after the 1983 season, and the Lightnin’ jumped to the United Soccer League, changing its name to Charlotte Gold. The Gold did not last beyond the 1984 season before resigning. Fidelia quit professional football.

After retiring from playing, Fidelia coached high school soccer at Charlotte Christian. In April 1989, he resigned, but was hired by Christ School in Arden, NC. He currently coaches at Carolina Day in Asheville, NC.
