As of 2011, the athlete took part in the World Rowing Championships held at Lake Bled, Bled, Slovenia. She took home silver at the Legs Trunk and Arms mixed Coxed Four (LTAMix4+) event along with her coxes Naomi Riches, David Smith, James Roe and Lily van den Broecke as the cox. They completed the one- kilometre course in three minutes and 27.10 seconds. They finished almost five seconds faster than the second-placed Canadian boat. The result ensured the fact that Great Britain qualified a boat for the 2012 Summer Paralympics in London. The crew was able to repeat their gold medal win during Munich World Cup in 2012. Pamela Lillian Relph MBE (born 14 November 1989) is a British rower who was able to achieve gold medals in two of the 2016 Summer Paralympics, thus becoming the first person to win two gold medals in Paralympic rowing.
Relph was first introduced to rowing in August of 2010 by her sister, who had competed internationally for Great Britain. In November 2010 , she placed second at the British Indoor Rowing Championships.
She was selected along with Riches, Smith, Roe and van den Broeke, to represent Great Britain at the 2012 Summer Paralympics in the mixed coxed four event. The event took place from 31 August to 2 September at Eton Dorney, where team GB won the gold medal.
