Francisco Olmos Hernandez (born July 10 1970) often referred to Paco Olmos, is a Spanish professional basketball coach who is currently chief coach for the Fuerza Regia of the Mexican Liga Nacional de Baloncesto Profesional.
On the 18th of July 2013, 2013 was announced as the as the national head coach for the Puerto Rico Men’s National Basketball Team. The team will be a model that will be used in the tournament qualifying “Pre-World” FIBA to be held in Caracas, Venezuela from August 30, 2013.
In June 2005, he was the head coach for the Spain national team of basketball under 20. After that, he returned to the LEB and again, initially as the coach of Aguas of Calpe (2005-2006) followed by Club Melilla Baloncesto (2006-2008) and then in July 2009 the position of head coach was taken over by Menorca Basquet, reaching the second spot within the league regular, and being the winner of the 2010 LEB Playoff and thus advancing this team into the ACB League.

Olmos played in the teams that were not as good as Valencia BC until 1997, at which point he was signed by CB Calpe of the EBA League. In 1999, he began his career in the 2nd Spanish division of the LEB League with CB Inca and the subsequent year, he was back with the same league, and signed for CB Ciudad de Huelva (2000-01) as well as CB Los Barrios (2001-2002).
Following that, Olmos signed for Pamesa Valencia of the ACB League, where he was a part-time player for two years and had the most impressive outcomes of the club’s history Finalist of 2003-2002 ACB League and 2002-03 ULEB Cup champions.
