Omotola who is of Ondo origin is born in Lagos State. She was raised in a family of fivemembers: her parents, and two brothers younger than them; Tayo as well as Bolaji Jalade. The mother of her child, Oluwatoyin Jalade nee Amori Oguntade worked for J.T Chanrai Nigeria, and her father, Oluwashola Jalade, worked at the YMCA as well as at the Lagos Country Club. Omotola’s initial goal was to pursue a career in business management. While waiting for her final results from her studies at university and then she started modeling to earn money. Omotola went to Chrisland School, Opebi (1981-1987), Oxford Children School (1987) and Santos Layout and Command Secondary School, Kaduna (1988-1993).
