Omar Thabiti Gaither (born March 18th 1984) is an ex- American football linebacker from the National Football League (NFL). He was selected with the Philadelphia Eagles in the fifth round of the 2006 NFL Draft. He has been a part of his team the Philadelphia Eagles, Carolina Panthers, Houston Texans, and Oakland Raiders. He played college football at Tennessee.

Before the beginning in 2008 Gaither returned to his original linebacker position in the weakside position to make enough room to Stewart Bradley.
