Oleksandr Ryabokon (Ukrainian: Oleksandr Dmitrovich Riabokon”; born on 21 Feb 1964, in Kiev within Ukraine, in the Ukrainian SSR in the Soviet Union) is a former Ukrainian football defender and is currently the head coach at FC Desna Chernihiv in the Ukrainian Premier League.
In 2012, he was back to his club Desna Chernihiv, he took his team into the quarterfinals of the Ukrainian Cup in the season 2013-14 for the first time in history of the club and also with the team of Chernihiv became the top coach of the 2016-17 season together with Desna Chernihiv of the Ukrainian First League.
He also took the team into the Quarterfinals of the Ukrainian Cup in the season 2017-18 and again in 2019-20 got again into the Quarterfinals of the Ukrainian Cup.
In Premier League in the season 2019–20, with the club got the 4th place, through the play-offs for the Championship round table, scoring 14 goals.
In June of 2010, Ryabokon became the new head coach of FC Lviv in the Ukrainian First League.
