Oleksandr Semenovych Preman (Ukrainian: Oleksandr Semenovich Presman Born on 10 April 1961 in Kiev; Ukraine) – is an Ukrainian politician. He is a People’s deputy for Ukraine from the VIIth as well as the 8th convocations.
In the period 2010-2012, he was an official for Odessa Oblast Rada. He was also the chairman of the committee permanent of Odessa Oblast Rada on the issues of international and interregional collaboration and investment activity.
He was the People’s deputy of the VIIth and VIIIth convocations. At the Parliamentary elections in 2012 he was elected a people’s deputy of Ukraine at parliamentary elections in district 139, Odessa Oblast. He won with 53,58 % of votes.
From 1998 until 2005, the assistant was an adviser of a People’s deputy of Ukraine. In 2005 and 2006 , he was assistant to in the Ministry of Transportation and Communication.
