Ognjen Topic is one of the most popular and richest Serbian Kickboxer who was born on February 1, 1986 in Jare, Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Ognjen Topic (Serbian: Ognjen Topitsh; born on February 1st 1987) is a Serbian born American Muay Thailand kickboxer. He is the holder of several Muay title world records and wrestled one of the sport’s best athletes.
Ognjen Topic was a champion for three consecutive times at the world level of Muay Thai. Topic has also been a Lion Fight World Champion, who was awarded the title in the year 2013. Topic was awarded the title of “Professional Rookie of the Year” at the Muay Thai Authority Awards in 2011. Then, he was an World Boxing Council (WBC) North American Super Featherweight Champion and World Kickboxing Association (WKA) North American Lightweight Champion.
On February 27, 2016, Topic lost the Lion Fight Lightweight World Title to Sergio Wielzen via TKO at Lion Fight 28.
On July 8, 2017, he defeated Paul Barber in the United Kingdom to become the Muay Thai Grand Prix Lightweight Champion.
On March 15th on the 15th of March, 2013 Ognjen Topic made his Lion Fight debut at Lion Fight 9 where he was up against the former Lumpinee Stadium champion Paowarit Sasiprapa. The fight was won in an upset manner by head kicks at 7 seconds into the third round.
