Ogerta Manastirliu (born 31 December 1978) is an Albanian Socialist Party politician and the Member of Parliament (MP) for Tirana. On March 13, 2017 she was appointed the Minister for Health. The position was held until the 21st of May in 2017 in connection with the general elections.

In 2004, she began her professional career with Tirana, the Municipality of Tirana, initially as a member of the Project Coordination Directorate. From 2005 until 2011, she was in charge of for the Housing and Social Services Directorate. In this position Manasterliu played a key role in the primary contributors to creation and execution of the “Local Housing Strategy”.

She has a long activation in the ranks of the Socialist Party and is a member of the Parliament of Albania. In the parliamentary elections of 2017, she was first elected as deputy of the Albanian Parliament.
