The Dodgers introduced Dickson in the Major Leagues first on September 1st September 1, 2017. Dickson made his MLB debut on the same day as the leftfielder starting and had no hits in just three at-bats, with only one walk. He played in seven games, and recorded only one strike in his seven bats with the Dodgers. The first hit he scored in the majors was one at centerfield by Madison Bumgarner of the San Francisco Giants on the 23rd of September the 23rd of September, 2017. He was injured in his shoulder during the month and was put as a disabled player. Dickson was released to the minors and was removed from the roster of 40 players on Friday, November 6 on the 6th of November, 2017.
