Nqobizitha "Enqore" Mlilo is one of the most popular and richest Animator who was born on July 9, 1984 in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. Enqore first released his animated work in 2002 as music videos that were animated for Zimbabwean presenter and musician, Babongile. Since the time, Enqore has created over 25 animated films ranging between personal and commercial ones. Regarding CG earlier the course of his profession, Enqore was mostly focused on improving his 3D animation abilities. He utilized 3D software programs like Softimage XSI and Maxon Cinema 4D. In 2014, he started spending an extensive amount of time with the Foundry’s MODO 3D software. Nqobizitha also put a considerable amount of time creating 2D animation skill sets. His main 2D Animation software is Anime Studio Pro. Nafuna is a multi-faceted company that operates in three major areas. Studio Nafuna is at the center of the Nafuna brand. Studio Nafuna focuses on providing premium digital media solutions to its clients. Studio Nafuna provides Digital video production as well as digital design, animation and visual effects. Their second focus is in the creation of content under the brand name NafunaTV. They create documentaries, television shows and viral videos that appeal to the African and international public in general. In addition, the company puts its emphasis on the growth of the African digital media industry. This is accomplished by way of Nafuna Campus, the company’s educational program whose aim is to train at minimum 100 digital media artists every year.
Up until 2015, Enqore has trained over 200 digital media artists as a lecturer in 3D animation at the Zimbabwe Institute of Vigital Arts (ZIVA) for five years. He was a student at ZIVA before he returned there to lecture. He is also a contributor of online 3D tutorials for Pixel Logic Corp based in California. Enqore was also integral in the design and initial set-up and implementation of the foundational curriculum for Africa’s biggest digital media school (WDA) in Kigali, Rwanda. In addition, he has also facilitated a wealth of workshops around Zimbabwe as well as mentored a number of students and creative individuals in Zimbabwe and abroad.
Enqore collaborated together with Solomon Maramba (Undadaug), and they created an animated hip-hop group called The Untouchables in 2008 and later were added to the group by Tinman. Two music videos were released online via social networks as well as video streaming sites such as YouTube. Later, Enqore began working to create an Internet mixtape called Ctrl Alt-Del that was released online in 2009 for free.

Nqobizitha “Enqore” Mlilo is a Zimbabwean video director, animator and new media artist, and teacher from Bulawayo and based in Harare. The first Zimbabwean completely animated video music in the year 2002, just at just 18 years old for his artist/presenter, Babongile, while still living in his hometown, Bulawayo.
Enqore is a native of Bulawayo, Zimbabwe and is of Shangani descendance. He attended Milton Junior and Senior School for his secondary and primary education respectively. He relocated into Harare in 2006 and began studying graphic design at ZIVA. Since his move to Harare the artist has created animation for more than 40 music videos and numerous short films, commercials , and documentaries. He also has worked as an instructor within the animation industry in Zimbabwe both regionally and internationally.
Enqore taught himself video production out of necessity and rose to become a leader in the industry. He made his name as a video director through filming and producing over 40 music videos. He has also shot a number of mini documentaries including the Shoko 13 Festival documentary as well as a documentary on Zimbabwean hip hop poet Outspoken. Since starting Nafuna in 2012, he has produced over 80 videos. Notable productions include Tonight With Zororo, a Zimbabwean urban current affairs talk show, The Nafuna Show, an African variety magazine show, as well as 263Urban, a documentary series on Zimbabwean urban music. Enqore is also a Visual Effects Artist and has produced VFX tests and videos.
