Lesage renewed his deal at his team Attak on February 12th of 2008. In this year’s CSL season, for the second time in a row , he was the leader of his squad in goal scoring scoring eight goals across every competition. Lesage helped the Attak win victory in the National Division title the club’s first Division championship. On the 11th of October, 2008 He scored the game-winning goal in the match against St. Catharines Wolves in the 2-0 win in the quarterfinals of the playoffs. In the semi-final, Lesage contributed a goal in the 75’minute in a 7-0 win over Portugal FC, and for the first time in the history of the Attak progressed to finals in the CSL Championship final where they would play their opponents the White Eagles once again. In the final game, Lesage scored from the bench and scored in the 70’minute and draw the match 1-1. After both teams scored during extra time, the game was relegated to penalties and it was the White Eagles won the match by a score of 2-1. At the Trois-Rivieres’ Attak annual awards dinner, Lesage was awarded for another time for at the Attak Trois-Rivieres Golden Boot award, which Pierre-Rudolph Mayard was also awarded who scored the most goals in the duration during the season. The same season, Lesage was loaned for his old club,, the Montreal Impact, where he played in one game.
After the 2006 season with the Ligue de Soccer Elite Quebec with Trois- Rivieres Select , he was signed by the expansion franchise Trois-Rivieres attak during this year’s CSL season. Lesage played in the college soccer league as a member of his team the UQTR Patriotes for five years. Through his college career, his accomplishments included being selected to be a part of the CIS all-star team for three consecutive years. While playing for the Patriotes the team was a part of the Toledo Slayers of the USL Premier Development League in 2004. On April 23, 2005, He signed a contract for Montreal Impact. The playoffs ended on October 21st, 2007. in a 2-0 loss to the Serbian White Eagles with two goals in the first half that he scored in the 84th minute to give life to the Attak however Serbia held on and made it towards the semi-finals. On November 4, at the CSL Awards Banquet Lesage was presented with CSL MVP Award, CSL MVP Award, and the CSL Golden Boot. To top off his silverware, Lesage was also presented with the Trois-Rivieres Golden boot award at the Trois-Rivieres ‘ annual team awards dinner on November 6 the 6th of November, 2007.
In 2012, he played in the newly formed Première Ligue de soccer du Québec with L’Assomption.
