Siano continues to perform extensively and create. His latest album Power of Love, featuring Arline Burton, debuted in 2007 at WMC. In addition to his schedule for tour and production, Siano has released a documentary film about the Gallery nightclub that was taken in the club in the 1970s.

The 1980s’ beginning was a rough period for Siano and he was forced to drop from the scene.

In 1971, aged 16 he was able to get his first DJ gig thanks to Robin Lord. He was in the middle of February, 1973 when he launched The Gallery in Chelsea, Manhattan along with his sister Joe Siano. In the early days it was believed to be the top DJs in New York and that led to the club achieving its famed status. New York Magazine called it “one of the five most visually breathtaking nightspots of our time”. Gallery Gallery also took over the David Mancuso’s Loft for a brief period in the 1970s, making it the most popular underground dance club.

As among the top DJs in the times, Siano went into production. He released his first huge hit single “Kiss Me Again” on Sire Records, which sold more than 300,000.

On October 18, 2011, Siano reappeared at Studio 54 for the club’s one-night reopening, organized by Sirius XM Radio. He played all 1970s disco from the club’s original days.
