He is most well-known for his participation in the bands The Tamperer which includes Maya and, from 2005, the group Get Far that is an alias for both his first name and his determination to expand his musical direction outside of that of the Italian Dance sound, of which the group has been associated with since the mid-80s. In the case of Get was a group, Get Far made it to the top of the US Hot Dance Airplay chart in August of 2010 with the club smash “The Radio”.
The year 2006 was the time that Fargetta was married in 2006 to Italian actor, Federica Panicucci.
He created music to accompany the Italian TV version A Christmas Carol.
