Her form continued into the next match against Bangladesh as she scored a brace in a 5–1 victory for India. Devi then scored five more goals in the final group stage match against Afghanistan on 17 November. She finished the group stage with eleven goals from three matches.

During the 2015 National Games of India, Devi represented her state as they won the gold medal. She scored the equalizer in the final against Odisha to make it 1–1 at the Corporation Stadium. The team went on to win the match 4–2 on penalties.

Devi was 17 years old when she participated in her first tournament as a national team member. This was in 2005. Since 2005, she has represented India at senior level. She was also a member of the India women’s sub-19 team in 2006 and 2007. She was part of the India team that participated in the 2010 first women’s SAFF Championship. She scored five goals against Bhutan in India’s opening match on 13 December 2010. Devi was born in Manipur and grew up playing the sport with mostly boys. She was part of the Manipur Under-19 Women’s Championship team in Assam 2002. She was named the tournament’s best player. The same title was given to her the following year, 2003. She was also awarded top-scorer at the state’s under-17 level. Devi was selected to represent Manipur’s senior women’s soccer team at the India women’s football championship. Her state won the 2014 women’s football championship.
