Nataliya Katser–Buchkovska (Ukrainian Nataliia Katser–Buchkovs’ka was born March 15, 1983 in Buchach in Ternopil oblast in Ukraine) and is a People’s Deputy at the Ukrainian Parliament (8th Convocation of the Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada). As the head for the inter-factional deputy group “Attraction and Protection of Investments”, she is also the head the subcommittee on Sustainable Development, Strategy and Investments, Committee on Energy, Nuclear Policy and Security. Nataliya is also an active member of the “Professional Government” initiative and the founder of the #diiznami socio- political movement.

She was the leader of the Subcommittee on Sustainable Development, Strategy and Investments of the Fuel and Energy Complex, Nuclear Policy and Nuclear Safety Committee of Verkhovna Rada in December 2014.

In November 2018, Nataliya has successfully completed the Emerging Leaders Executive Program of the Harvard Kennedy School.

Katser-Buchkovska took part in the July 2019 Ukrainian parliamentary election as number 13 of the election list of the party Ukrainian Strategy. But this party did not manage to win any parliamentary seats.
