Nasko Milev was injured and missed the beginning of season 2015-16. He played in the final minute of the 0-2 home loss to Litex Lovech on September 12. Milev was on the pitch during the final minutes in the 1-0 victory over PFC Montana. Nasko Milev was substituted on 28 February and scored in the 89 minutes his first goal in an official match during the 2-2 draw against PFC Pirin Blagoevgrad. Nasko Milev was added to the Botev Plovdiv starting line-up for the 1-1 draw with Beroe Stara Zagora on 6 March 2016. He was back in the starting lineup for the 3-1 victory over Cherno more Varna a week later. Milev was part of the starting line up for the 2-2 draw against PFC Pirin Blagoevgrad on 29 April. His header by Martin Toshev earned him an own goal.

On 6 January 2017 his contract with the team was cancelled, since he believed he hadn’t received enough chances to play. Despite the high hopes he failed to impress and scored just a single goal for the first team in 35 games.

On 4 July 2018, Milev signed with Vitosha Bistritsa.

Milev scored the goal in the 5-0 victory over FC Oborishte on 29 June 2016. This was a preseason friendly match.

Milev played in 25 games for Botev Plovdiv’s U19 team, scoring 13 goals. Nasko was a member of the first squad in the 3-0 victory over PFC Neftochimicburgas on 12 October 2013 for the Bulgarian Cup.

Milev was promoted into the Botev Plovdiv U21 Team. He signed his first professional contract with Botev Plovdiv shortly after, on the 6th of September 2014. Milev was able to play his first game for the team on 23 September 2014. He was a substitute in the 0-4 win against Lokomotiv Mezdra during the first round Bulgarian Cup tournament. Milev was again substituted ten days later. He was again involved in A Grupa, but his appearances were not enough to stop the 0-1 loss at CSKA Sofia. Nasko Milev was again substituted during the final minutes in the 3-0 home victory over PFC Marek Dupnitsa on 2 March. Milev played in the 3-2 victory over CSKA Sofia on 16 May. He played for a few seconds at the end of the game, replacing Lazar Marin. In the 90th minute, Filip Filipov was replaced by Nasko Milev, a week later. Milev was awarded the U19 Cup of Bulgaria with Botev Plovdiv on 30 June 2015.

On 17 February 2017, Milev signed with Slavia Sofia. He failed to make impact and was released at the end of the 2017–18 season.
