Nanae Takahashi (Gao Qiao Nai Miao , Takahashi Nanae, ring name: Gao Qiao Nai Qi Yong ) (born December 23, 1978) is a Japanese professional wrestler. She has been a pro wrestler for several Japanese promotions, including All Japan Women’s Pro-Wrestling Sun and Pro Wrestling Sun.
Takahashi defeated Kyoko Inoue on October 4, 2008 to win the NWA Women’s Pacific/NEO Single Championship. She won the NEO Tag Team Championship together with Kana on October 10, 2009.
From January 25, 2009 to December 29, 2010, Takahashi was also aktive with Ice Ribbon and held International Ribbon Tag Team Championship three times (with Minori Makiba, Kazumi Shimouma and Emi Sakura) and Triangle Ribbon Championship once.
On December 15, 2010, Takahashi won Women’s Award of Tokyo Sports.
Takahashi made her intentions to launch her own promotion at an independent show she hosted on July 14, 2006, to mark her tenth year in professional wrestling. The last show of her stable, Dream Catchers, was held in September 2006.

Nanae Takahashi was a 1996 graduate of All Japan Women’s Pro-Wrestling’s training class. She rose to prominence as AJW was in decline. She was a member of the tag team Nanamomo, along with her classmate Momoe Nakaishi. Nanamomo, along with her classmate Momoe Nakanishi, won four tag team championships. They also won the AJW Tag Team Championship twice, on November 23, 1997, and August 23, 1998, respectively, and the WWWA World Tag Team Championship twice, on July 16, 2000 and July 6, 2002. Takahashi was also making a name as a singles competitor. She won the AJW Championship in March 2000 and the junior division competition at the Japan Grand Prix that year. Takahashi, who had established herself as a major competitor in the Japanese Grand Prix 2002, won her first WWWA World Single Championship, December 12, 2004. AJW’s last years saw her win the WWWA World Tag Team Championship three times with a different partner, and the WWWA World Single Championship once again. After winning the title on March 26, 2006, she was the last WWWA champion. She handed the belt to Takashi Matsunaga, the promoter.
At the debut of Pro Wrestling Sun, Takahashi defeated Africa 55 on October 1, 2006. This promotion was a sister promotion of Pro Wrestling Zero1-Max and an affiliate of the American Wrestling Association at the time. Takahashi lost her World Championship to Amazing Kong on January 14, 2007. She regained the title in Los Angeles, California, on May 13, 2007. She was named the first AWA Japan Women’s champion on June 19, 2007. She did this after the AWA World Women’s title had been retired in respect of Sherri Martel (a four-time former champion), who had passed away on June 15.
After Sun closed on March 3, 2008, Takahashi formed a unit called “Passion Red” with Natsuki☆Taiyo and Kana. They were active mainly with NEO Japan Ladie’s Pro Wrestling.
