Her victory at the Las Vegas Marathon 1991 was her first major success. She had two more children the following two years and returned to competition. In 1993, she finished seventh in the Boston Marathon. She was also third in the New York City Marathon. She won the Los Angeles Marathon in 1995, was French champion at 10,000m, and competed for New Caledonia.
In 1995, she won the Los Angeles Marathon in 2:29:48, a personal best time.
