Mushtaq Omar Urdudin, also known as Mushtaq (born 14 August 1973), is an English music producer, singer and songwriter. He was previously the lead vocalist for British Hip Hop group Fun-Da-Mental, when he was known by his stage name MC Mushtaq.

Mercury Records released Uddin’s first solo single, “That Feelin'”, on July 24, 2000. His debut album was released later in the year. Blues, reggae and classic rock are all featured on the album.

He co-wrote and produced Amy Winehouse’s 2003 album Frank and 2006 album Back to Black, including a remix of the song “Back to Black”.

Uddin co-wrote and produced the album The Hour of Two Lights with Terry Hall, released in August 2003.

Uddin met Aki Propa-Gandhi Nawaz in summer 1993 and joined Fun-Da-Mental under the stage name MC Mushtaq.

Uddin was a young boy who joined a band to be a drummer. He met his brothers Sam (State of Bengal), and Deeder Zaman. Uddin was an original member of the State of Bengal group that included Sam Zaman and Deedar Zaman in 1987.
