His co-consecrators included Paul-Emile Saade (retired bishop of Batroun) and Joseph Mohsen Bechara (Archeparch for Antelias). Khairallah was installed in his office on February 26, 2012.
He was the Protosyncellus of the Synod of Maronite Church (2003-2006) and the pastor at Saint Etienne Church in Batroun from 1991 to 1993. Khairallah served as general secretary of the Synod of the Maronite Church’s four sessions (2003-2006), and held various positions in the Priestly League (1986-04). Khairallah has been a teacher at Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (1985-192000) as well as Karm Saddo Seminary (96-2007).

On 13 September 1977, he was ordained as a priest by the Maronite Catholic Eparchy in Batroun. Khairallah was ordained on September 13, 1977. He received a master’s in pastoral theology and catechetics from Paris, a doctorate at the Institut Catholique de Paris, and a science in religions to the Sorbonne. He worked in France from 1979 to 1984, first in Saint Medard in Paris and then in Notre Dame du Liban (1978-1979).
Khairallah was later elected Secretary of Maronite Patriarchal synod (1985-1987), animator at the Seminary of Ghazir (1985-1989), and pastor of Bouksmaya Jebli and Kfarhay (1989-1991).
