Leshoure was a freshman at University of Illinois and ran sparingly, accumulating 126 yards on 35 carries. As a sophomore, Leshoure saw significant playing time. Leshoure signed with the BC Lions on February 5, 2016. He was released by the team on May 5, 2016.
